Auraya Luxury is committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Locations

• We currently deliver across India through our trusted courier partners.
• International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Remote or rural areas may take up to 10 business days.
• Delays due to courier companies, natural calamities, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 will be applied.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
• You can track your order using the courier partner’s website or tracking link provided.

6. Packaging & Safety

• All products are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
• Perfume bottles and fragile items are shipped with extra protective layers.

7. Non-Delivery & Wrong Address

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order.
• Auraya Luxury is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or non-availability of the recipient.
• In case of undelivered orders, shipping charges may be deducted when re-shipping.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

• If you receive a damaged, leaking, or missing item, kindly raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video) at support@aurayaluxury.com.
• Our team will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
